Expedition and Adventure Achievements

Climbing Achievements:

Successful climbs on the tallest mountains on each of 7 continents - 7 Summits
Summitted Everest, McKinley, Kilimanjaro, Elbrus, Aconcagua, Kosciusko, Vinson and Carstensz Pyramid

Other notable climbs: New Zealand (Mt Cook and Mt Aspiring), Europe (Matterhorn, and Mt. Blanc), Tibet (Cho Oyu), and Nepal (Ama Dablam)

Alpine skiing achievements:

Ski descents: Tibet (Cho Oyu): youngest American to ski down (from camp III down to base camp), Europe (Elbrus): skied down from summit solo, North America (Longs Peak): skied down in winter, (Mt. Washington): skied down in winter

Research and Discovery:

In 2005, vanguard member that led an expedition to bio-prospect for extremophiles and new life forms in Mount Kilimanjaro's crater, resulting in the discovery of 29 new life forms

Car Racing
Participated in the first American Gumball 3000 [2002] from New York to Los Angeles.  Bo was the only person to drive a 1971 Ferrari Daytona 365 GTB4.
Career:
Bo Parfet co-owns a “green” environmentally friendly real-estate development company called ICONIC DEVELOPMENT LLC
Education:
Bo Parfet has his bachelors degree in Economics from Colorado State University and holds two masters degrees.  MA in Economics from University of Michigan and MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University
